Have you tried canoe 'trad' (traditional) skills. Doesn't matter really if you wish to learn from scratch or improve them. If you won't practice you will forget them probably. So why not getting in touch. We are about to deliver some evening canoe 'trad' skills workshops. Starting with River Ericht (lower end) at Blairgowrie. Join us! Safety on the water

I really think people should practice their rescue skills as often as practicable to make sure when they will need they won't panic. That's why a number of courses related to this subject will run by us shortly. Let's start with BCU FSRT course.

Enjoying Scotland

Scotland has so much to offer. Anyone probably knows that, but did everyone actually try to enjoy it?
We decided to go camping, by Loch Kinnard and do a quick biking, after work, near Ballater.

Southwestern France - nice place to...work

So this week is in France, or actually 10 days. Classic area, by the River Dordogne, near a picturesque town of Le Bugue. Busy delivering First Aid, Archery, High Ropes elements & some classroom based activities but also exploring the area. Place worth visiting; famous for caves, climbing crags & river trips. Also duck & potatoes; local meal, which I have found out by meeting residents today after being invited to their home. What's a place to work... :)

Mid week adventure

Did you consider how amazing is your working week if half way through you can do something active?
We did mountain bike around Tarland (Aberdeenshire) on Tuesday, 6th May. It was great. Really enjoyable natural tracks, mountains, great views and almost no other soul around you. It feels really good when your normal week is mixed with some adventures. Try it!
